SimplyIrish.com uses WorldPay to process all Credit Card Payments. WorldPay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (Europe's second biggest Bank).
WorldPay use SSL (Secure Server) technology to ensure that your Credit Card details are protected and their systems are regularly audited by the Banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment.

SimplyIrish.com do not store your Credit Card details in our Database, so there is no risk of a hacker obtaining your Credit Card details.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.
If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to one of our newsletters, we may occasionally update you via email of special opportunities. Customs sticker

SimplyIrish.com is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-Irish shipments.

We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your SimplyIrish.com merchandise. For this reason you may return MOST items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). However, we do not accept returns on any custom-made items such as Rings and Heraldic products - so please make sure that you specify the correct ring size before ordering.

Please Note: Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier. SimplyIrish.com is not responsible for lost returns.

What do I do if there are damaged or defective items?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us using our Contact SimplyIrish.com page. In your message, be sure to include:

The reason for the return
Also, please specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

I returned an item. When will I receive my credit?

Please allow 4 weeks for domestic (Irish) returns to be processed, or 4 to 6 weeks for all overseas returns. If you do not receive credit for your return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that SimplyIrish.com has received the package, please notify us using our Contact SimplyIrish.com page. Be sure to include your order number in your message. SimplyIrish.com is not responsible for lost returns.
